Mr. Saeed is a veteran chartered accountant and a highly accomplished executive possessing more than five decades of global experience in auditing, financial management, consulting, accounting, and corporate operations. As an administrator, he has managed accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax planning, and regulatory compliance, and is well versed in creating and implementing quality control procedures which mitigate risk and support adherence to internal and external audit requirements.

Mr. Saeed has served as Director / Advisor for Bearing Point / Mazars Consulting for 10 years. He also served as Director and Senior Manager in KPMG Peat Marwick Associates Limited and KPMG Taseer Hadi, respectively. He remained associated with KPMG for more than 30 years.

While working for leading accounting and consulting firms in Pakistan and abroad, including KPMG, and BearingPoint, Mr. Saeed has drove collaboration and promoted communications between business units achieving new synergies and enhanced productivity, proactively evaluated existing processes and technologies to identify areas for elevating performance and financial growth, and provided executive leadership and overall strategic direction.

At KPMG Taseer Hadi, Mr. Saeed led a number of audit engagements for a diversified group of clients – banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions, state owned companies and corporations, textiles, cement and engineering companies.
