Yasir is an experienced Chartered Accountant with interest and exposure in finance, ESG, business processes, risk and internal controls, and systems implementations. He is well equipped to add value to organizations from wide-ranging perspectives, such as: financial effectiveness, ESG compliance and reporting, strengthening internal audit function, designing internal controls, systems and processes, and implementing solutions for building agile businesses.

Yasir, a self-taught artist, has a flair to morph organizational issues into story boards – a forte of an expert business analyst. He has designed various customized business applications. Yasir completed his four years mandatory training with A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants and have worked for more than a decade in the Assurance and Business Advisory segment of the Firm. His rich consulting experience speaks for itself!

As Senior Manager in A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, Yasir led the Business Solutions Team which undertook various business consulting engagements such as: due diligence reviews, business process management, digital transformation, implementation of off-the-shelf and custom-made systems etc. He led various projects as Project Director and Subject Matter Expert.

Yasir has worked as General Manager, Strategy & Process Improvement in Unity Foods Limited where his responsibilities included aligning the organizational design with the business strategy of the Company. He also led the ESG compliance team of the Company.
