Maryam has vast experience in developing and overseeing control systems to prevent violations of guidelines and policies with respect to food and environmental safety.

She is also well versed with various certifications such as: FSSC 22000, RSPO. She has conducted different technical audits according to the International Standards. She has experience of attaining certification inrespect of production facilities such as refineries etc. She possesses rich experience of developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies and identification of deviations in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and defined processes. She has implemented programs for equipment calibration, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination according to regulatory requirements.

As a Food Technologist she is well equipped to provide guidance to the end users to implement Food Safety & Hygiene Standard. She also has experience of investigating alleged customer complaints.

Maryam also possesses hands-on experience of ESG Compliance on GRI G4 Standards working on Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs).
